Targeted and well-thought outreach activities and measures are a necessity if you want to boost the impact of your project, during the project and after its end.

As a dissemination and exploitation partner in numerous EU projects, we help plan and implement activities and measures targeting all your project’s stakeholders. Communication

Project website – We design, develop and maintain the website in collaboration with the project coordinator and partners. Functionalities such as a secured member area with collaborative document management and event registration can be integrated.
Print material and online tools – We handle the design and production of print and online material such as posters, brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, online presentations, picture galleries, interactive infographics, timelines or newsfeed.
Videos – We provide support in creating and distributing project videos. To date, we have created explainer videos, visualised project information and recorded interviews.
Project meetings – We support the host of consortium meetings in the planning and organisation of the event. This includes the arrangements for the venue and logistics, the draft agenda and participant registration.
Stakeholder management – We identify important stakeholder groups and subsequently develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan for future cooperation.
Design resources and templates – We create a corporate design manual, including a logo, fonts and a colour-guide as well as templates for posters, slides, reports, minutes, deliverable and publication tracking based on your requirements.
Promotional material – We support you in raising public awareness by providing promotional material such as project factsheets, presentations, and online demonstrators.

Dissemination

Dissemination plan – We develop a dissemination or outreach plan which contains a communication strategy and a set of measures planned for the dissemination of project results and describes how to engage with the public.
Project handbook – We set up a project handbook. Its purpose is to provide all project participants with easy guidance on all important aspects of taking part in a collaborative EU funded project.
Publication guidelines – We provide publication guidelines to coordinate and streamline partners’ publication activities. We provide guidance on how to comply with the Open Access requirements of funding agencies, we keep track of your publications, write reports on your publication activities and promote them on the project website and other online platforms.
Events (exhibitions, demo days, cluster events, guided visits) – We coordinate and arrange project-specific final events as well as international events open to external participants jointly with the local host.
End-user events – We foster the integration of potential end-users by organising meetings, demonstrations and innovation workshops.
Other dissemination instruments – We can also recommend other suitable dissemination instruments and support partners at disseminating results through publications, media releases, policy briefs, roadmaps, training and workshops, demonstrations, online repositories and other means.

Exploitation

Exploitation plan – We support you in tailoring a realistic exploitation plan and provide templates to structure your strategy process.
Data management –We create a Data Management Plan (DMP) specific to your project and in line with the project’s open access strategy.
IP management – We provide advice and assist the Innovation or IP Manager in related tasks. Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) are crucial for the protection of your innovation.
Stakeholder mapping – We identify key stakeholder groups and develop a stakeholder engagement plan for future cooperation.
Market analysis – We evaluate your relevant environment and the advantages of your innovation. This includes PESTEL and SWOT analyses. Information about market conditions are essential for deliverables such as a market assessment report.
Business models – We help you identify exploitable outcomes, develop suitable business models and plan the path-to-market. A strong business model is in the centre of each exploitation strategy.
Exploitation roadmap – We support project partners and consortia in developing a roadmap for the future use of project results. This facilitates the commercial and non-commercial exploitation in the short, medium and longer-term.
Strategic Grant Planning – We help you identify suitable funding schemes for further technology development and estimate the resources required to launch follow-up projects. Subsequent R&D projects allow you to further advance the project results.

Project Management

The management of your EU project requires specific skills. From submitting deliverables on the EC portal to coordinating reporting for the entire consortium, an efficient implementation of your project is work. We can support you in this task, either as a project partner (beneficiary), a service provider or a subcontractor.
