Horizon Europe’s 2025 Cluster 5 Climate, energy and mobility Work Programme just pre-published

The pre-published Cluster 5 Work Programme for 2025 is now available online, providing an opportunity to plan resources and assemble consortia for successful submissions for this year. We have taken the time to compare this document with the previous draft to highlight the main changes for you. As shown below, the most relevant change is that the deadline for single-stage and stage-1 of the two-stage Destination 2 and all Destination 3 call topics will be 02/09/2025 and not 16/09/2025, as stated in the earlier draft Work Programme.

The call topics in CL5 2025 Work Programme are organised around five Destinations, addressing critical priorities in mobility, energy, and climate research and innovation. The main updates occurred in the deadlines for these call topics, which are clustered closely in September. Additional call topics with deadlines extending into early 2026 are not yet included in our infographics but will be published soon.
